Co-exhibitor application form
A co-exhibitor is any company with physical and commercial presence at the main exhibitor’s stand.
- Presence in the Exhibitor Search and Catalogue
- Publish their new products on the event’s e-catalogue
- Access to the Customer Area
- Access to Fira Barcelona e-commerce for purchasing needed services (ServiFira, GastroFira, meeting rooms rental, hotels...)
Please complete one registration form for each co-exhibitor company.
We hereby authorise the company mentioned below as co-exhibitor at our stand. The company has its own staff at the stand and all technical and commercial documents necessary to inform visitors about the exhibits on display.
The co-exhibitor fee (€650 + VAT ) is always billed to the main exhibitor unless they specifically ask in writing for it to be billed to the co-exhibitor.
Payment options
All payments must always be made payable to Fira de Barcelona – Hispack 2027, using one of the following methods:
- Direct debit (Spanish bank accounts only). If you choose this method, all invoices for the Hispack 2027 trade fair will be processed through this payment channel.
- Certified cheque.
- Cash payment or credit card payment at the FIRA DE BARCELONA Customer Service offices.
- Bank transfer to any of the bank accounts indicated below:
For the payment to be registered correctly, you must state on the bank transfer or the certified cheque, made payable to FIRA INTERNACIONAL DE BARCELONA, the client code and invoice number shown on the invoice.
