The Hispack & BTA alliance and the opening of new markets both attracted buyers

Exhibitors at Hispack & BTA 2009 expressed their satisfaction with the number and quality of business contacts made during the show.

  • High-calibre visitors with decision-making power
  • Contacts with new markets. Almost 150 meetings were held between exhibitors and foreign buyers from Eastern Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Mediterranean region, the main potential markets for the sector.
  • A positive outcome for the first joint edition of Hispack-BTA. The alliance attracted both Spanish and international visitors with purchasing power.
  • A first look at new trends and discussions on the sector through the extensive programme of seminars and activities.


The exhibition’s figures — 3,000 companies and almost 53,000 visitors — underlined the strength of the sector and confirmed Hispack & BTA as one of the most important events of its kind in Europe in 2009.

Hispack is already working on the next edition, in 2012, which will once again provide a benchmark for the sector in Spain and Europe. We look forward to seeing you then!
